Tres Dias Job Descriptions

*This is a general list
* Rector/a – inventory and use supplies in the trailer, send out team app’s, receive team app’s and choose team with preweekend committees prior approval and prayer then send out acceptance letters .Receive ap’s for candidates choose candidates with preweekend committees prior approval . There are guide lines in the essentials for candidate selection.  Send acceptance and instructions to sponsors and candidates.  Choose Spiritual Directors with preweekend committee’s prior approval.  Bring team and candidate list to team meeting. Make up schedule, organize team meetings, and plan the overall feeling of weekend. Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
* Vice Rector/a - inventory and use supplies in the trailer, bed assignments with coordinators and rector/a, wake up the team, time keeper for the weekend, bell ringer, table/family assignments with coordinators and rector/a, keep Rollo room clean, collect and keep watches and cell phones, 4th day packets, all Rollo room supplies, ensure speakers now when their talk is and make sure they are prayed for and ready. Collect all notebooks at end of weekend or last team meeting. Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
*Chief Auxiliaries/Coordinators – Oversee (this does not mean you do it): inventory and use supplies in the trailer, set up, take down, registration mananitas, book sale, closing along with commissary supplies, photographer, arrange for flowers to be donated, chapels, wood, signs up, liaison to the kitchen, palanca, and decorations, town runs, set up chapel for all services, scripture of lights, healing, agape, and closing. Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
*Rollista – gives Rollo, helps their family “jell” as a group, encourage candidates, keep the ball moving, Topics-Ideals, The Church, Piety, Study, Action, Leaders, Environments, Christian Community in Action, Reunion Groups, Fourth Day. Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
*Christ’s Hands in Action/CHA/Silent/Table Leader – Help your family “jell”  as a group, encourage candidates, keep the ball moving, you may be a silent team member depending on your rector/a’s preference. In any case you are to facilitate not dominate. Set up Chapels prior to candidate arrival. Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
*Music Team - music books and other music sheets, music planning for Rollo room, worship, chapel, etc.  Make sure music is appropriate for the situation and in accordance with the rector/a’s plans.  Be present at team meetings and at the victory sequela to play.  Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.

*Kitchen – inventory and use supplies in the trailer, menu, with rector/a in mind, all food, snacks, and supplies, order food if necessary, ask for donations at team meetings, kitchen set up and clean up, help set up Agape with other teams, skits for meals as you desire, judge skits in Rollo room on Sat. night, help with flowers for mananitas if necessary, dispense leftovers, prayer backup. Take appropriate leftovers to Victory Sequela. Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.

* Palanca – inventory and use supplies in the trailer palanca room set up and take down, design and make palanca bags for candidates, silent team/CHA’s, rollistas, and head table (see rector/a for theme or verse), design and make crosses for candidates and rector/a with in secretariat guidelines (see rector/a prior), arrange for in town palanca drops and pickups during weekend, explain palanca and/or write up explanation. Call sponsors arrange for palanca.  Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
*Decorations – inventory and use decorations in trailer, plan decorations for each meal, dining room set up and take down with kitchen, prayer backup, putting all decorations away in orderly fashion. Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
*Prayer – prayer for rollistas, families, team, prayer with head table at beginning and end of day, help set up agape, you may be asked to enthrone/de Bible and or read scripture for the day, may be asked to sit in on some or no talks, prayer name exchange, prayer chart for weekend, help with Agape, coordinate with rector/a, vice and coordinators. Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
*Service – inventory and use supplies in the trailer, put sheets on beds if necessary before candidate arrival, clean camp throughout the weekend, empty garbage, clean bathrooms, tidy candidate cabins, and make sure they have enough TP shampoo, aspirin, ear plugs, antacid, band aides,…check the trailer for extra towel, blankets and pillows… for candidates, prayer backup, help kitchen, coordinators, palanca, vice, etc. Pack trailer at the end of the weekend making sure tubs are not a mess and keep trailer organized throughout the weekend. Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
*Angel Crew – relieve  kitchen Saturday night – help with serving if needed, all clean up, dishes and putting things away, look for things to do and who to help “ask”, be ready to clean up on Sunday during the last hours and after.  Clean up at the end of the weekend/pack supplies neatly for next weekend.
*Registration – welcome sign, bed tags for candidates and team, design and make up name tags for candidates and team ask rector/a about design, Set up registration check for supplies before hand, register on Thursday night candidates and team.
